You can return your product free of charge within 30 days. Register your return or exchange easily via our online portal. Here you can enter the reason for return and download a free shipping label. Please include a copy of your invoice (or a piece of paper with your order number) with the shipment for quick processing.

Curious about your return status? Check your Track&Trace. Once received, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
After arrival, your return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days. You can track your return via your Track&Trace. Need a different size faster? If so, we recommend ordering the correct size and returning your complete original order for a refund.
You can exchange the product for your desired size within 30 days. You can do this by registering your product in our portal and specifying the desired size.
(!) For an exchange of size or colour, you do not need to send the batteries, powerbanks and/or accessories along.
All products purchased from BERTSCHAT®️ can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. You can use our return portal.
A product must be returned in its original state. You may check out the product and try it on. For example, you can try on our gloves and check them out, but you cannot go skiing with them if you still want to return them.
You can return your product within 30 days by registering your return in our portal. Enter the reason for the return and send the package to our return address.
