User instruction:

Each remote control has its own frequency. It may be that this still needs to be set on your sole.
  1. Simply hold down the button on your sole or sock for a few seconds until it begins to flash.
  2. When the sole begins to flash, press one of the following buttons: H, M or L. Now the remote control is linked.
  3. Repeat this for both soles/socks and the soles/socks are connected.
