How does it work?

Immediately after placing your order, you can easily cancel it through your order overview. If this option is available, your order will be cancelled immediately and you will automatically receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Our warehouse operates largely automatically. As a result, orders enter the fulfillment process shortly after being placed, allowing us to ship them as quickly as possible.

Is the cancellation option no longer visible?

No problem. You can still withdraw your order by contacting us via email. At that point, your order is usually already being processed and it may no longer be possible to stop it before shipment.

What if my order has already been shipped?

If your order is already on its way, you can return the package to us free of charge after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy. Once we have received and processed your return, the refund process will be initiated. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order.
