Battery & Performance

The body warmer features a powerful 12V battery system with Dual Heating technology and three adjustable heat settings, allowing you to easily tailor the warmth to your preference.

• Standard Pack (1 × 12V Battery): 3–8 hours of heating*
• Power Pack (2 × 12V Batteries): 6–16 hours of heating*

*Heating time is indicative and depends on the selected heat setting and environmental conditions.

Size & Fit

Choose your usual size for a comfortable fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a slightly looser fit, we recommend selecting one size up.

Materials & Care

The body warmer is made from 100% polyester, offering a comfortable and durable fit. Wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C with a low spin speed (maximum 800 rpm).

For optimal protection, we recommend using the BERTSCHAT® Laundry Bag. Always remove the battery before washing. Allow the body warmer to air dry naturally and avoid direct heat sources such as a tumble dryer or radiator.

Battery Care

To maintain optimal battery performance and extend battery life, we recommend using the batteries at least once every two months. Fully charge the batteries and then discharge them to approximately 50–75% before storing them for an extended period.
